Mark your calendars! The Tomodachi Auction is one of JBBP’s largest fundraisers with an online auction and a live event. We auction off donations from our community and local businesses to fund our JBBP program. Proceeds go directly to our annual fund to pay for Clarendon enrichments, things like art, music, Japanese, P.E, Social Emotional Learning, computer/IT support, Taiko, specialist tutors, field trips and more.

Donations
Create a "Clarendon's Own" Donation
People love “Clarendon’s Own” auction items! Host events such as dinners or hikes. They are always highly sought after and they are also a great way to bring our community together and get to know fellow Clarendon families. Some ideas include:
Offer to host a “buy-in” dinner or cocktail party at your house
Throw a kids sleepover bash
Organize a rock-climbing party
Share a talent like bread baking or dessert making
Donate a professional skill or service
Host a K-pop karaoke night
We can't wait to see what you come up with!
Make Art
Individual and group art projects can be hugely successful at auction and showcase the talents and contributions of the whole community. They can range from compilations of painted circles, to meticulously crafted 3D paper flowers, to whimsically decorated breakfast trays. If you would like to help with art projects, please email the auction team with details.
Donate Items
Gift certificates are always in high demand: restaurants, merchants, spas, gyms, camps, etc. Event tickets and wine also do very well at the auction. That heirloom in the attic, the gorgeous tea set you never used, or that first edition signed book could find a warm welcome at auction.

We'll have a range of items for you to bid on, from gift certificates to unique experiences to wine, and you get to shop from your keyboard or mobile device
The online auction will run for 2 weeks coinciding with the Live Auction Gala. (TBC: March 9-23, 2026)
