Back To School Night 2026
Join us at school on Thursday, September 3rd for Back-to-School Night! Meet your teachers, connect with other families, and get a closer look at your child(ren)’s classroom and school experience.
Childcare and food sales begin at 5:30pm. We encourage families to arrive early to enjoy some time together and connect with the Clarendon community.
Teachers and staff ask that, whenever possible, children not attend classroom presentations. If you must bring a child who does not have a reserved childcare spot, please keep them under your direct supervision at all times.

Clear Classrooms & Campus. To be respectful of everyone’s time and recognizing that this is a long workday for our teachers and staff, we ask that everyone be off campus no later than 7:45pm. Thank you for helping us wrap up the evening promptly.
Food sales
The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) will be selling pizza, inari sushi, onigiri, and drinks in the Middle Yard from 5:30pm–6:30pm. All proceeds support enrichment programs, classroom supplies, field trips, and more.
Food will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please come early!
Vegetarian options will be available.
To help reduce plastic waste, we will not be selling bottled water. Canned sparkling water, milk, and juice will be available.
Clarendon shirts and apparel will also be available for purchase beginning around 5:45pm.
Bento & Sandwich Pre-Orders
Make dinner easy on Back-to-School Night by pre-ordering food from the PAC. All food-sale proceeds benefit the PAC.

Childcare sign-up
Childcare will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and may fill up, so please register as soon as possible.
Childcare Rate: $10 per child
To reserve a childcare spot, families must both register and pay so we have the necessary contact and child information to provide to the childcare team. Food will not be provided, so please plan to feed your child(ren) before drop-off.
Families who do not preregister will be charged $20 per child at the door, subject to availability.
Please complete both registration and payment by 10:00pm on Wednesday, September 2.
Registration & Payment
Complete the Google Form with your child(ren)’s information and your contact details. After you click “Submit”, you will be taken to a confirmation page with a link to pay for childcare.

First Grade Bake Sale
The first-grade families are hosting a Bake Sale at Back-to-School Night!
Come grab a sweet treat and help support our first graders at the same time. Every purchase helps raise funds for their end-of-year Monterey Bay Aquarium field trip!
Bring your appetite, stop by the bake sale, and help make this special trip possible!
Volunteer List
We would love some volunteers to sign up if you can help with set-up, food sales, apparel sales and clean-up!
If you really want to help but have a scheduling conflict, please consider contributing financially to offset some of the cost for the B2SN.
